Shipping
Orders ship within 2 business days from Massachusetts by USPS or UPS with tracking. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50; otherwise a flat $6.95. We ship to the contiguous United States only.
Where we do not ship. Hemp-derived animal supplements are restricted in some states. We do not ship to Idaho, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Alabama, Iowa or Colorado, and we do not sell at retail in Massachusetts. This list is reviewed quarterly as state rules change. We do not ship internationally.
Refunds and returns
If your dog won't eat it or you're not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase price. No need to ship the bag back. One refund per household per product. Wholesale orders are governed by the wholesale agreement.
Pre-launch reservations are not charged. When the first batch ships, you'll receive an email to confirm and pay; you can cancel at any point before that.
Subscriptions
Subscribe-and-save orders renew every 30 days at 15% off. You can skip, pause or cancel any time from the link in your order email or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect before the next renewal.
Privacy
We collect the information you give us to place an order or reserve one: name, email, shipping address, your dog's details if you share them, and payment details handled by our payment processor (we never see or store full card numbers). We use it to fulfill orders, answer questions and, if you opt in, send email about new batches. We don't sell personal information. Our site uses privacy-respecting analytics and does not run third-party advertising cookies. You can ask us to see or delete your data at hello@bagelandbutters.com.
Terms of use
- Products are hemp-derived supplements for dogs, for animal use only, and are not for human consumption.
- You must be 18 or older to purchase.
- Products are sold only where hemp-derived animal supplements are legal; it is your responsibility to know the rules in your state.
- These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your veterinarian before use, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication or has a health condition.
- Prices and availability may change. Pre-launch reservations hold the price shown at the time of reservation.
- Wholesale accounts: keystone pricing, case packs of 6, net-30 after an established history, MAP policy at listed retail prices.
